You can request a return or exchange within 7 to 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all factory seals intact. Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered consumable products.

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp along with clear pictures or an unboxing video. We will quickly verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account, mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa), or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 working days.
