We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want to ensure absolute trust in our products. You may request a return or exchange within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all factory seals, security tags, and labels completely intact.

• Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable supplements, vitamins, powders, or shakers if the outer seal, plastic wrap, or safety foil has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged, leaking, expired, or different from what you ordered:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp along with clear pictures or unboxing videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund, and BG Sports will bear the reverse shipping charges for the error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.

• Items purchased during special clearance sales, flash sales, or promotional discount events (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

• Shaker bottles or accessories showing signs of wear and tear after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team:

• We will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 working days.

• Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong flavor or product variant and wish to exchange it, the item must be unopened and sealed. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the item back and for delivering the new item.
