All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time across Pakistan is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your exact location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, or unforeseen local circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches you.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available at your provided address to receive the package and complete any cash payments if you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery failures.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

BG Sports is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if caused by mishandling by the courier company. However, if you receive your package damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us immediately so we can assist you.
